Medication Management

We provide careful evaluation and ongoing management of psychiatric medications to treat a wide range of conditions. Treatment decisions are made collaboratively, with attention to effectiveness, tolerability, side effects, and long-term outcomes.

Child & Adolescent Psychiatry

We provide psychiatric evaluation and treatment for children and adolescents experiencing emotional, behavioral, developmental, or academic challenges. We work closely with parents, schools, and other providers to support the child's growth and functioning across all settings. Dr. Keck-Flory sees patients of all ages including children and adolescents.

Psychotherapy

Psychotherapy may be incorporated into treatment to address emotional, behavioral, and interpersonal concerns. We utilize evidence-based approaches tailored to each patient's needs, including cognitive-behavioral, supportive, and psychodynamic techniques.

Telepsychiatry

Telepsychiatry appointments are available for patients who prefer the convenience of receiving care from home. Virtual visits provide the same level of care as in-person appointments with added flexibility for your schedule. Available for both new and established patients.

Integrative Medicine

We look beyond medications alone to better understand and support the whole person. When appropriate, we incorporate evidence-informed strategies such as nutritional support, lifestyle interventions, and wellness-focused guidance into a comprehensive treatment plan. These approaches are used thoughtfully and in conjunction with standard treatments — not as a replacement, but as a way to enhance outcomes and support long-term well-being.

For patients who have not found adequate relief with standard treatments, we offer advanced therapies supported by growing clinical evidence. These options are evaluated on an individual basis and may be appropriate for those with treatment-resistant or complex psychiatric conditions.

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation (TMS)

Transcranial Magnetic Stimulation is a non-invasive, FDA-approved treatment that uses targeted magnetic pulses to stimulate areas of the brain involved in mood regulation. TMS is typically considered for individuals with depression who have not responded to standard medications. It is well-tolerated, requires no anesthesia, and involves no recovery time. Available in Edwardsville.

Esketamine Therapy

Esketamine is an FDA-approved treatment for treatment-resistant depression that works differently from traditional antidepressants, often providing more rapid symptom relief. Administered in a controlled clinical setting, esketamine can be an effective option for individuals who have not experienced sufficient improvement with other treatments. Available in Edwardsville.
